For this concert with Rufus Frowde, organist at Hampton Court, we return to St Augustine’s Church and its beautiful organ which began its colourful life in Luton Hoo. The recital will alternate works by JS Bach (the famous D minor Toccata and Fugue) and female composers including Jeanne Demessieux. Violinist Nazrin Rashidova will also play Bach’s solo Chaconne from Partita No. 2.
